Sugar Nellie - Joy!!!

Oh boy! I am loving a little extra free time to play!  I had to get this super sweet image from Sugar Nellie called "Joy'.  Now, I think they are all cute, but this one just called my name.  It reminds me of my Madame Alexander dolls that I collected as a child. Such a sweetness!

Because I felt it looked a bit nostalgic, I made it into a photograh.  I masked the edges so that they remained white white I distressed the inside then mounted it with photo corners.  She was colored with copics.  I dotted the white dots with white paint so that they would show up better.
My papers, which have been covered up, are K&Co.  All my flowers and the cotton cream lace are from Wild Orchid Crafts also the pretty sheer ribbon.  I added some rusty looking hearts to the flower arrangement too.  I am entering this into the Stamp Something Challenge where the theme is "Anything Goes".
These images are digi images that you can purchase from Funky Kits, so instant gratification girls!!!

Thank you for your visit today!  I appreciate each and every comment!!

Big hugs to you all!

Dena

Beautifully vintage, Dena. These images do like more like photos than many images around and your colour work really makes the most of it. Perfect paper peeking through and your lace and ribbon and flowers are divine! Hugs, Lesley
