This Lili of the Valley stamp is called "PATCHWORK BUTTERFLY". I really like this sweet patchwork look on some of these recent stamps. Soooo cute!
The bunny was so easy to color since all I did was shade a bit with Black Soot distress inks and added a pom pom for the tail. The pink cheeks and toe pads are Spun Sugar and the butterfly is mostly Dusty Concord.
My flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts. I used some paper blooms, Cherry Blossoms, Hip Rosebuds, and a Curly Rose.
So do you have big plans for Easter with family? We sure do. We are going back to our hometown to have a huge gathering with all the family with an Easter egg hunt and backyard baseball game! It is a very sentimental time for us because the house that we are going to is Tom's Mom and Dad's old house that one of the grandchildren bought from him after he went into assisted living. It will be our first time to gather again since his Dad's funeral and being that they all grew up in that house, I'm sure it will bring back loads of memories. Bitter sweet, but it is nice to have such a large family!
Thank you for visiting me! I'll be back soon with another card!
