It is rather interesting making Christmas cards in 100 degree heat here in Texas! haha! That's ok, I enjoy dreaming of the Christmas time while I color!
This little sweetie is called "A Christmas Carol". Don't you just LOVE him?
He has been colored with distress inks and the papers are my ever dwindling Maja DesignVintage Winter. Do you see the little corner pieces? Well, that is a Doohickey snowflake cut into fourths. I rather like it! The poinsettias are Spellbinders and then I misted them with some white paint mist for a nice snowy speckled look. The sentiment I used is from the LOTV Christmas Circular Sentiments. It was a little big for my card, so I just punched the inside sentiment. I also used Background Bits - Notes for the music sheet.
Are ya ready for these cuties? Make sure you check out all the rest of the design team's blogs for even more sneak peeks! I know you are going to surely love them all!
Have a wonderful day! Thank you so much for visiting my blog, I appreciate it so much!
Hugs, Dena

Hi Dena,
ReplyDeleteLovely card, super colouring and love the papers you've used. It's rather hot here in sunny England at the moment too, so not much crafting being done. Enjoying being outside.
