Let me just tell you, I have been itching to use this stamp. I got it before Easter and am just now getting around to playing with it. I loved this one the minute I saw it. I think I have a thing for little bees or something ha ha!
Just Magnolia has a new challenge today and that is to "Punch It Out". Simple, just use all those punches you have. That was easy for me since I just about always punch something on a card. This time it was my handy Martha Stewart Doily punch from Simon Says Stamp and my EK Success Branch punch and then those tiny little flowers are a Marvy Punch. whew! Oh yea and my faithful scalloped circle nesties. The sponsor this week is Jacobi Drachten.
I recently bought these Basic Grey papers from the Kioshi collection. They have some wonderful colors in them. You can see I tried to kinda copy the flowers with the little centers and all.
My image is colored with distressed inks and all the edges are edged with walnut. Oops! I just noticed I forgot to glitter her wings!!!! Can you believe that? I will fix that immediately. The sentiment is computer generated and the flowers are from Wild Orchid.
I know I say this all the time but, go see what all the DT did!!! They are so talented. I'm a little partial to all my teammates. ha ha!
Thank you for taking the time to stop by and leave me a little comment! I really appreciate them!
Big Hugs!
Dena

Hi Dena,
ReplyDeleteI haven't left a comment all week. I'm soooo sorry. I've been sooo busy :-(. But I have been stalking & as always I'm in awe. I've never been a huge fan of this image... until now & suddenly I want it really badly, LOL! It is soooo cute! Love the monochrome look of your colouring. I have those papers on order, but I need then NOW!! They're so yummy. Totally love it all, even without the glitter. Are you feeling OK? It's not like you to forget the sparkly stuff, LOL!
Big Hugs,
Andie xx
