Hot Pink, Warm Orange and Saffron
Extra Option: Butterflies
Now if you are like me, I had to look up the word "saffron", and it is actually just a warm yellow. So there you have it, your lesson on color for the day. ha ha!
This was the perfect opportunity for me to use the CC Designs kit I got in the Spring. The papers are a mixture of Bo Bunny, MME, and K&Co. The large pink paper flower is Prima, then I added a crochet flower from my friend Janiel and then put in the center a Cherry Blossom that I painted with Scattered Straw from Wild Orchid Crafts. The leaves are from my cricut on the Storybook cartridge. I have sewn all around the different pieces and added sheer ribbon and pearls. I would like to enter this into Create4fun where the challenge is flowers and also Creative Inspirations where you have to use an animal (my butterflies).
I think I quite like these colors, since they are so happy! I hope you will give it a try.

Oh Wow Wow Dena this is such a beautiful card. I love the CC Design stamps. They are just so cute. I love your distress colouring just amazing and the colours chosen from the colour creat challenge are "superbe".

"I can't do bright colours" she said, are you kidding me sweetie, this is very bright and very very gorgeous lol :D, seriously this is such a wonderfully bright card darlin, i love it, and your colouring is just .... WOW .... how on earth do you colour behind your images like that, i have tried putting in sky and grass before and it just turns into a complete mess :S, you are an absolute pro at colouring with Distress Inks me darlin, i on the other hand completely suck with them lol, i was always useless at painting though so not much has changed lol, anyho really darlin, this is such a sweet card hunni and its very bright, did i mention that? lol
