Just Magnolia and Hanglar Stanglar Challenge

Hello my dear blogging friends!  I have such an awesome cyber friend who sent me these adorable images from the Spring Magnolia kit!!! Thank you so much girlie!!! If anyone out there knows of someone wanting to sell their kit, please let me know. I would love to buy it!

It's Friday and so it's time for another Just Magnolia and Hanglar Stanglar Challenge!!! Woo Hoo! We have a beautiful sketch by Bev for all to follow this time.

I colored this ADORABLE image with distress inks.  My papers are Imaginesce.  Boy, do I love that line of papers. They are always such pretty colors.

 

I just don't know if I can pick a favorite from this collection since I think ALL of them are so cute!!!
Since her cute hat had daffodils on it, I thought it would be appropriate to use these amazing daffodils from Wild Orchid Crafts.  I also used my mini Mister and spritzed a white curly rose with some water and Faded Denim distress ink to come up with that light blue.  The other blues just weren't right for this paper.

That pretty ribbon is a present from my friend Tammi!  I love it!  I also used some doily lace from a local cloth shop.  I sewed all around the edges too!  Be sure to go check out all the wonder cards the design team made.

Do you have big plans for the weekend?  We just have a little family gathering to go to and that's about it.  Spring Break is next week for my kids and so Alyssa will be home for a few of the days and then off with her friend to Padre Island.

    I love everything about your card. I especially LOVE how you have colored your tilda. It's gorgeous!! The Spring kit was fabby, huh. I was kicking myself for not ordering it. Luckily I had a friend who did too!
