Just Magnolia and Hanglar Stanglar - Make It Lacey!

 

I'm a little late posting this, but here is my card for the new Just Magnolia and Hanglar Stanglar Challenge.  This time the theme is "Make It Lacey".  Another pretty easy one for me since I always use lace in some way it seems.
 

Card Ingredients:

Stamps:  Magnolia - Tilda With Straw Hat, Shabby Chic Fence, Birdies and  LOTV Happy Circular Sentiment
Ink: Copics and Prisma Pencils
Paper:  Best Creation Inc. - Bella
Embellies:  Royal Blue 35mm Trellis Rose, Royal Blue 25mm Classic Rose, White Sweetheart Blossoms, 15mm Yellow Open Roses, 10mm blue open rose, 3mm Self Adhesive Pearls all from WILD ORCHID CRAFTS
Tools:  Magnolia Doohickey Swirl and Antique Lace, MS Pine Branch Punch


When I first got this color of roses in my DT kit from Wild Orchid, I wasn't sure how I was going to use them, but then after putting them on this card with similar colors, I LOVE IT! They are so eye catching!  Totally gorgeous colors!  Nothing like a nice, bright card I say!

I used one of the doilies I got off the restaurant table a few months ago along with the lacey Magnolia Doohickey.

    Oh Dena, this is absolutely gorgeous! I'm in love with your adorable card and your coloring! Love that dress and the WOC flowers are fabulous!
    Also, tell me which restaurant you went 'cause I would love one of those doilies too...lol!

    Talk about stunning. Your coloring as always is perfect . I love the blue tones and that blue rose just pops it perfectly. Glad you used it, and that doily, I hope you swiped a few more.

    P.S. I know that seaweed smell quite well, but nothing is worse then when we had a school of fish wash up on shore. I smelled that as soon as I came out of the building..lol

    Ahhh!! Another one who takes doilys...lol..I did that once and got caught..I felt so embarrassed, and then the nice waiter came out and put a dozen or so clean ones right next to me to take home.
    This card is totally gorgeous. The colours are wonderful, that blue is amazing.The whole card is fantastic.

    Oh wow Dena!! This card is just beautiful!!! I LOVE those roses and your colouring of the Tilda is superb! I really wish that I could colour like that, especially the shadining on the dress with the creases.
