Merry Little Christmas

Whoa! Two cards in a row.  I am doing good! haha!

My card today is for the new Just Magnolia and Hanglar Stanglar challenge!  This time my friend Donald has picked "LOTS OF SPARKLE" to go along with our monthly "Anything Goes" challenge.

The sweetest blog friend sent me this amazing Maja Design papers!!!  Thank you girlie!!!!!  OMG! I love every single sheet! Wow! I can't wait to see the other pads they come out with.  

I tried something a little different and that was stamping a light grey outline.  I tried my own little version with this techniqe using my distress inks.

 

I used the gorgeous curly roses, and lilies from Wild Orchid Crafts and hit them with a little Stardust stickles.  I also used a pearl brad in the center of the snowflake.
 

Isn't she a cute Tilda?  I really like her a lot!!  I got her from Magnolia-licious!

    Stunning creation as always Dena..though not half as many embellishments as I would use ha!ha!

    I wish I had your knack of placing the embellishments..mine always look like I've thrown them at the card with my eyes closed hoping they hit and stick!

    Beautiful! Love the grey outline and the text behind Tilda. All the snow on the card really completes this sweet wintery creation. I just recently got into using snow on my cards and I love it!

    I recently completed 23 Christmas cards in 1.5 weeks! Never made so may so quickly! Most of them are Magnolia cards...my fav! Now I'm working on decorating wood mirrors. I have to do 18 as they are Christmas pressies for my family. I forgot to mention it yesterday when we met up.

    It was nice to finally meet up but just wish we had more time. Next time! In the new year you will have to come over so we can craft and check out some craft shops near my home. I still haven't been to any since I move here!

    Thx again for recommending Amy! She's really nice and Maddi just loves her. Amy was holding her like a baby while Maddi was licking her face...Maddi's fav thing to do! Sometimes she thinks she's a human baby...lol. The girl is spoiled! Maddi also got along well with Amy's girls.

    Your fur baby is so cute! Maddi and Rambo are going to have so much fun on their play dates next week. I don't think Maddi will want to come home after all the attention she will be getting from everyone...heehee.
