Dena, this is beautiful! You always do a great job coloring your images.
ReplyDeleteVery pretty and so feminine.
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely gorgeous!! Love everything about your work.
ReplyDeleteGood afternoon Dena,
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely card and yes you're right it couldn't be more girly really could it.
I love the way you used the Parisian accents border and ribbon across the card, it gives the impression of a dedo rail across the middle of her bedroom wall. I don't know if that's what you were after, but I like it all the same.
I think I have this paper, so I am going to look at it differently now. Up to now I have only used it for quite vintage or shabby chic cards but this has really opened my eyes. It is a perfect companion to those gorgeous WOC flowers and I am starting a collection of those. With this in mind and the waterbrush technique I have alot to be playing with this weekend. Thank you and have a good weekend everyone.
Regards Linda
Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful. Your cards are always gorgeous. You have completely sold me on this cutie and now I just HAVE to order her. So precious!

Dear Dena,
ReplyDeleteThanks for all your "research" on the Distress Ink Markers. I have the whole set preordered but not yet recieved and I was worried that I would have to buy that expensive paper to use them. I'm so glad to hear that watercolour technique works! I'm much relieved and can stop regretting my order.
Thanks so much for sharing all your information and of course for sharing all your truly amazing works of art!
Sincerely,
Clara
Absolutely gorgeous and girly, love it!

Well Dena your finished card is an ABSOLUTE beauty. So well done with all of your perseverance. YOU'RE Marvellous! I've not used these pens but I do have a large number of Aqua Markers and I find it very hard to work straight on the paper with them. They are better used on a tile and then picked up with a brush. Big hugs, Lesley
ReplyDeleteA gorgeous card Dena! Lovely papers and a super cute LOTV image, your colouring of her is fantastic! hugs, Marlies
