Each mini blog hop has a new release prize hidden somewhere along the way and you have 24hrs to enter each prize draw.

Today, I have a little project to show you. Do you remember the other day when I made the paper bag card and told you if you made this not to throw away the top? Well, here is what you do with the top portion that was cut off that measures 6"x6". You can make it smaller, but I wanted it big.
Cut a piece of designer paper 6"x12" and fold to a 6"x6" cardfold like below. I distressed the edges first.
Now, glue the designer paper to the bag top piece with the fold on the portion that was cut.
It will now look like this creating a pouch, the fold of course, on the sides.
Now just decorate and decide on a closure. I punched two holes and ran ribbon through it, but I think it would be nice to add a flap of sorts that pulled over the top. The image was too large to add one for this card.
Wha la! A "pouch card" haha! I love that it can expand very nicely to accomodate all sorts of gifts.
Card Ingredients:
Stamps: Sylvia Zet for Whimsy - Amy
Inks: Distress Inks
Paper: Tim Holtz Shabby Vintage Paper Pad

This pouch card is a fabulous idea and I would love it to send someone some special handmade gift tags. Will have to 'borrow' this idea from you I think as my mind is now starting to churn out other ways to use it. I think it has to be one of those cards you need to file in your brain for future uses.
